Banter is a handmade ice cream shop housed in the Eddy at the Bridge Building along the Vedder River in Chilliwack, one of two Fraser Valley locations founded by Laura and Zach. The shop creates four brand-new seasonal scoops each month, many drawing on ingredients sourced from local Fraser Valley farmers and artisans. Touring cyclists can grab a scoop and continue on a river walk in a relaxed, community-focused riverside setting.
