Masayoshi
Masayoshi is a Michelin-starred, 24-seat omakase sushi restaurant in Vancouver's Fraserhood neighbourhood, led by Chef Masayoshi Baba who trained in Japan before spending a decade at Tojo's. The experience is hyper-seasonal and fully bespoke, with guests seated at a sushi bar or dining tables for an approximately 20-course progression of appetizers and nigiri. Reservations are mandatory and must be secured through Tock with a credit card.
