The Flying Pig
The Flying Pig is a West Coast farm-to-table restaurant in Vancouver's Yaletown neighbourhood, operating since 2011 with a menu built around locally sourced BC seafood (steelhead trout, ling cod, wild coho salmon), meats, and seasonal produce. Named for the idea of making the impossible happen, the restaurant cultivates a convivial, family-style atmosphere drawing on the diversity of fresh coastal ingredients.
