The Stable House Bistro
The Stable House Bistro is a community-founded wine bar and bistro in Vancouver's South Granville neighbourhood, named to honour the historic stable structures that dotted the area over a century ago. The kitchen centres on seasonal, locally sourced sharing plates built around signature in-house charcuterie boards, while the eclectic wine list is curated by one of BC's top sommeliers with a focus on unpretentious everyday European wines. It is part of a small local restaurant group that also operates Brasserie Coquette and Fiore Famiglia, all within a short distance of each other in the same neighbourhood.
This place is in the traditional territory of the Hul’qumi’num Treaty Group, S’ólh Téméxw (Stó:lō), səl̓ilwətaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsleil-Waututh), Skwxwú7mesh-ulh Temíx̱w (Squamish), Stz’uminus, šxʷməθkʷəy̓əmaɁɬ təməxʷ (Musqueam), and Cayuse, Umatilla and Walla Walla.
