Gray Monk Estate Winery is one of British Columbia's pioneering wineries, established in 1972 when founders George and Trudy Heiss planted Canada's first Pinot Gris vines. The estate overlooks Okanagan Lake in Lake Country and features The Lookout Restaurant with lake views, wine tastings, and a shop. Touring cyclists on the Okanagan rail trail or lake loop will find it a scenic and rewarding stop for award-winning cool-climate wines and a sit-down meal.
