Peaceful Restaurant
Peaceful Restaurant is an award-winning Northern Chinese restaurant that has been serving Metro Vancouver since 1998, recognized by Food Network and USA Today for its hand-pulled noodles, beef rolls, and dumplings. Executive chef and owner Charlie Huang draws on the spice-laden culinary traditions of Xi'an and the Silk Road, offering a menu spanning artisanal dim sum to noodle creations. A touring cyclist would find a full sit-down meal with vegetarian options available.
