Norval Arena (also known as the Nor Val Sports Centre) is Armstrong's community sports facility and home ice/floor for the Junior B North Okanagan Knights hockey team and the Armstrong Shamrocks lacrosse team. The Parks and Recreation Commission office is located upstairs in the arena, administering recreational facilities jointly for the City of Armstrong and the Township of Spallumcheen. For cycling visitors, the arena offers a chance to catch a local game in a small-town BC sporting atmosphere.
