East is East
East is East is a Silk Road-inspired restaurant drawing on culinary traditions stretching from Mongolia through Tibet, India, Persia, and Istanbul, with all food made from natural whole ingredients, organic and local where possible. The Main Street location is one of two Vancouver outposts and is described as a candle-lit 'Chai Gallery' experience that transports diners to a different world. Touring cyclists will find a broad menu of largely plant-based dishes alongside wines, cocktails, and masala chai, with a takeout option available.
