JEJU
JEJU is a modern Korean restaurant in Vancouver's Broadway corridor, founded by chef Dylan and manager Sung, who source chilies, sesame seeds, and other key ingredients directly from Sung's grandmother's family farm in Haenam, Korea. The dinner menu blends elevated Korean classics — galbi, bossam, soondubu — with French and Japanese technique, reflecting the owners' backgrounds. A touring cyclist finishing a route along the Broadway corridor would find a full sit-down dinner experience with a curated cocktail and Korean spirits list.
