Crust Bakery is an award-winning, female-owned French-inspired bakery and pastry shop that has been a downtown Victoria institution since 2013. Made-from-scratch breads, tarts, pastries, savoury snacks, and fresh Caffe Umbria espresso draw long lines of locals and visitors alike. A second location also operates at the Uptown Mall; the Fort Street shop is the original and sits within easy reach of Victoria's inner harbour cycling routes.
