Copper Spirit Distillery is a family-run boutique craft distillery on Bowen Island, founded by Miguel and Candice Kabantsov, who spent over five years building it from the ground up. Using German copper stills, organic BC grain, and pure West Coast water, they handcraft vodka, gin, rye and wheat whisky, and other spirits. The tasting room serves a seasonal cocktail menu made entirely from fresh organic ingredients, including sugar-free and alcohol-free options.
