Mountain Man Mike's runs a weekly shuttle from Kaslo to Calgary via Balfour, Nelson, Salmo, Creston, Cranbrook, Fernie, Sparwood, Pincher Creek, Fort Macleod, Claresholm, High River and Okotoks — eastbound every Monday, westbound (Calgary–Kaslo) every Tuesday. It also runs Vancouver–Kootenays twice weekly. This is the only ground service that reaches Calgary via Cranbrook. Bikes are accepted; the fee is quoted by the booking agent (oversized items like bikes carry a separate additional fee), so call ahead (778-382-7729) to confirm cost and packaging before booking.
