The Cascade Room is a gastrolounge in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, named after the historic Brewery Creek area that once housed the original Vancouver Brewery and its Cascade label. Opened in 2007, it has built a reputation as a destination for BC craft beer on tap, signature cocktails, and an elevated pub menu driven by locally sourced ingredients. Head Chef Darrel Ahenakew draws on BC farms, fields, and ocean to produce a rotating, seasonally inspired menu.
