Smoke & Bones BBQ is an authentic Southern-style barbecue restaurant on North Vancouver's Marine Drive, cooking meats low and slow in hardwood smokers sourced from the Deep South. The owners trained under pitmasters Dr. BBQ and Paul Kirk — a 7-time World BBQ Champion — and hold both the Canadian National BBQ Championship and a US Best-of-the-Best Rib title.
