Delara
Delara is Chef Bardia Ilbeiggi's modern Persian restaurant on Vancouver's West 4th Avenue cycling corridor, named for a Persian word meaning 'beloved — she who brings beauty to hearts.' The seasonal menu highlights pomegranate, saffron, barberries, sumac, and fresh herbs, with produce sourced from local farms and house-made staples like sourdough flatbread and crispy tahdeeg. Dishes are designed for sharing family-style and range from kebabs and rice stews to date-walnut baklava and turmeric cake with saffron ice cream.
