The Skript Kitchen is Vancouver's premier certified gluten-free commissary kitchen, housed in a new building in the Olympic Village neighbourhood, offering shared kitchen memberships to culinary entrepreneurs and food-manufacturing businesses. A front Sunroom hosts Bakery by Jany, where gluten-free baked goods are available for walk-in purchase, and the space regularly runs public cooking classes and community food events. The facility was founded by Renée Chan, a Registered Dietitian and Chef, with a mission to support food-business scale-up in a professionally managed, allergen-safe environment.
