Ministère of Seafood is a French-inspired seafood bistro in East Abbotsford, founded by Executive Red Seal Chef Gaya and General Manager Ishara, whose combined decades of experience span renowned hotels and restaurants worldwide. The menu centres on fresh BC seafood — spot prawns, halibut, Dungeness crab, and lobster — prepared with French and Italian technique, alongside a broad cocktail and wine program. It won a Community Votes Abbotsford 2025 award and offers family-sized take-home meals as well as a three-course dinner experience.
