Fishworks
Fishworks is a full-service West Coast seafood restaurant set in a heritage building in Lower Lonsdale, one block from the Lonsdale Quay SeaBus terminal — making it a natural stop for cyclists arriving from or departing to Vancouver by water. The menu is built around wild Pacific salmon, lingcod, locally farmed oysters, and shellfish, prepared with global influences ranging from Peruvian ceviche to Spanish paella to New England chowder. The rustic-contemporary dining room features high-ceiling windows, leather booths, and art from local artists.
