Hungry Herbie's is a Cache Creek institution that has been serving made-to-order burgers, hand-cut fries, and fried chicken on the Cariboo Highway since 1957. Home of the famous MONSTERBURGER™, the restaurant built its reputation by resisting the shortcuts of chain fast food — buns are baked fresh and fries are cut in-house daily. Sitting directly on the main highway through town, it is a well-regarded and long-standing refueling stop for travellers along this busy cycling corridor.
