Saku
Saku is Vancouver's original katsu restaurant, opened in early 2018 on the busy Robson Street shopping corridor as the first BC outpost of what has since grown into a multi-location chain. The restaurant specializes in premium tonkatsu and udon, distinguishing itself through a focus on high-quality meats and traditional Japanese preparation. It offers indoor sit-down dining in a no-smoking environment, with no outdoor seating.
