Hủ Tiếu Hồng Phát is the Canadian outpost of a Saigon noodle institution that has been serving Nam Vang-style rice noodle soup since 1975 and earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in Vietnam in 2023 and 2024. The Richmond location is one of two BC branches (the other in Vancouver) and sits in a commercial unit on Ackroyd Road, bringing a well-regarded Vietnamese comfort-food tradition to the Lower Mainland.
