Kokomo
Kokomo is a plant-based eatery and part of a small Vancouver-area chain, serving fresh bowls, acai bowls, smoothies, and handhelds in what the brand describes as a sun-filled, summer-inspired space. The Edgemont Village outpost sits in a neighbourhood commercial strip in North Vancouver, making it a natural refuelling stop for cyclists on the North Shore. The entirely plant-based menu—from lemongrass noodle salads to vegan burgers—caters well to health-conscious touring riders.
