Rove Wandering Kitchen is a gourmet food truck founded by Comox Valley twins Devon and Tavis Shute, with Devon drawing on a background as sous-chef at Atlas Cafe and executive chef at Avenue Bistro to craft a rotating, seasonally-inspired menu well beyond typical fast food. Dishes range from fresh hand-cut fries to roasted cauliflower korma and thyme-infused bone broth, all made from scratch. The truck accepts Bitcoin on-chain and Lightning payments and is available for catering.
