Third Beach
Third Beach is a basic backcountry campsite within Nuchatlitz Provincial Park, situated on the northwest tip of Nootka Island on the remote west coast of Vancouver Island. The park encompasses a maze of small island groups popular for sea kayaking, with wildlife including gray whales, seals, sea lions, and sea otters. Access to the park is by boat or float plane only, with the nearest communities being Zeballos, Tahsis, and Gold River.
