The Dirty Apron is a cooking school, award-winning delicatessen, and full-service catering company in downtown Vancouver's Crosstown neighbourhood, founded in 2009 by Chef David Robertson and Sara Robertson. It teaches over 10,000 students a year and produces gourmet deli fare alongside curated picnics and catering.
