Comox Air Force Museum
The Comox Air Force Museum and Heritage Air Park commemorates West Coast military aviation history from WWI through Afghanistan, with indoor galleries, hands-on exhibits including a CF-101 Voodoo ejection seat, and an outdoor air park featuring historic aircraft. Founded in 1982 and officially opened to the public in 1987 as an accredited Canadian Forces Museum, it is part of the national RCAF Museum Enterprise spanning 11 sites across Canada. Admission is by donation, and a research library with over 3,000 volumes is available for those interested in deeper history.
