Fat Mao
Fat Mao is a modern Thai-style noodle bar by acclaimed Vancouver chef Angus An, inspired by small family-run storefronts that specialize in perfecting a single dish over generations. The 25-seat open-kitchen Downtown location focuses on regional Thai noodle soups such as Khao Soi, Nham Ngeaw, and Tom Yum Goong, alongside small plates drawing on Southeast Asian and Sichuanese flavours. It is one of two Fat Mao locations in Vancouver, with a sister restaurant in Chinatown.
