Cafe Brio is a farm-to-table Italian-inspired restaurant in Victoria that has been showcasing the seasonal bounty of Southern Vancouver Island since 1997. The kitchen cures its own meats, butchers whole animals, makes fresh pasta, and sources produce from named local organic farms including Saanich Organics and North Star Organics. With a wine cellar of nearly 300 selections and capacity for private parties up to 70, it is a destination-worthy spot for a touring cyclist's evening meal.
