The Liberty Distillery
The Liberty Distillery has been producing Vancouver's first hand-crafted artisanal spirits from 100% organic BC grain since opening on Granville Island in 2013, running the full grain-to-glass process on-site in handmade copper stills. Cyclists can step into the full-service cocktail lounge and sip signature drinks at a 125-year-old antique bar, or pick up award-winning vodka, gin, and whiskey to take home from the in-store shop. Granville Island is a natural waypoint on Vancouver's seawall cycling route, making this distillery a distinctive rest stop.
