Cascadia Bakehouse
Cascadia Bakehouse is a wife-and-husband-run neighbourhood micro bakehouse and caffè in Port Moody, specialising in naturally leavened heritage grain breads, viennoiserie, and house-made pastries using seasonal, local, and organic BC ingredients. The menu rotates around relationships with BC farmers and Italian and Japanese culinary influences from owners Kaitlin and Marco. Cyclists can stop for freshly baked bread, house-made preserves and nut butters, and espresso-based drinks.
