Cobble Hill Winery is a regenerative-farming estate winery in the heart of the Cowichan Valley, producing cool-climate varietals under the guidance of winemaker Dylan Sheldon alongside proprietors Steve and Tricia. Visitors are welcome to taste wines led by tasting-room staff with views over the vineyard and lavender fields, and are encouraged to bring a picnic to enjoy with a bottle on the garden patio. The winery also participates in the Cowichan Valley Wine Festival and hosts weddings and private events, making it a genuine destination stop rather than a simple tasting counter.
