My Toan
My Toan is a chain of modern Vietnamese restaurants founded by a Vietnamese-Canadian entrepreneur who brought traditional recipes from his hometown to BC over 30 years ago. The menu centres on pho-style noodle soups, rice and vermicelli combinations, Vietnamese crepes, and baguettes.
