The Candy Jar is a locally owned Tofino shop operating since 2010 that combines retro and bulk candy, hand-scooped Island Farms ice cream, and local gifts under one roof. It doubles as a bike rental hub offering cruiser bikes, electric bikes, and electric scooters for exploring the Tofino-Ucluelet Multi-Use Trail, with suggested routes ranging from a short 8 km return trip to a full 80 km Tofino-to-Ucluelet run. For touring cyclists, it sits at a natural trailhead stop where a sweet treat and a rental bike are both on offer.
