PAUL Le Café
PAUL Le Café is a Vancouver location of the venerable French bakery and café chain founded in 1889, bringing a refined European café atmosphere to downtown Vancouver. The restaurant side of the operation leans upscale, offering high tea, a Martini Society with weekly off-menu cocktails, and regular live music evenings with candlelight. It is a sit-down destination café rather than a quick-stop, with indoor seating and no outdoor patio.
This place is in the traditional territory of the Hul’qumi’num Treaty Group, S’ólh Téméxw (Stó:lō), səl̓ilwətaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsleil-Waututh), Skwxwú7mesh-ulh Temíx̱w (Squamish), Stz’uminus, šxʷməθkʷəy̓əmaɁɬ təməxʷ (Musqueam), and Cayuse, Umatilla and Walla Walla.
