La Cuisson Cafe
La Cuisson Cafe is a family-owned artisan coffee shop and in-house roaster in Vancouver's Kerrisdale neighbourhood, founded in 2004 by owner Jason Hsu after 30 years of coffee expertise. The café is known for rare and specialty brewing methods including syphon-style, pour-over, and Italian-style coffees using single-origin beans sourced globally and roasted weekly on-site. It also offers an extensive menu of fresh in-house baked pastries, toasts, sandwiches, waffles, and desserts, making it a well-rounded café stop.
