Bánh Mì Très Bon
Bánh Mì Très Bon is a modern Vietnamese restaurant that opened in Richmond in 2016, anchored by house-baked bánh mì baguettes made from a traditional central Vietnamese recipe and a from-scratch phở broth simmered for hours. The kitchen emphasises fresh, locally sourced ingredients and classic techniques—no fusion shortcuts—earning recognition from Daily Hive, BeVancouver, and ThreeBestRated. A second location has since opened in White Rock, and the Richmond spot also offers online pickup ordering.
