The bar has earned seven nominations for Canada's Best International Hotel Bar at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards and is known for its rotating seasonal cocktail menu, one of Victoria's largest whisky collections, and a food program built around locally-sourced small plates and sharing platters. The intimate, speakeasy-style space features commissioned artwork and trophy fish that reflect the legacy of the outdoorsman it honours.
