Fiorino is an Italian street food restaurant in Vancouver's Historic Chinatown, founded by Florentine-born Giovanni Mascagni and built around house-baked Schiacciata bread sandwiches — a traditional Tuscan staple he perfected during an apprenticeship at Florence's Mercato di Sant'Ambrogio. Beyond its signature lunch sandwiches, the restaurant offers a full evening program of Italian aperitivo snacks, creative Negroni cocktails, and an extensive Italian wine list. A second location operates at Lonsdale Quay Market in North Vancouver.
