Billy's Family Restaurant is a Princeton institution built on the historic site of the original Princeton Brewery, adjacent to where the famous Vermilion Cave once stood — a landmark used for centuries by Indigenous peoples of the Similkameen Valley and later as cold storage for Princeton beer. Formerly known as the Village Kitchen Restaurant, it has served the community since the early 1960s and offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner with online ordering and pick-up/take-out always available. It sits directly on Vermilion Avenue, making it a natural refuelling stop for cyclists passing through the Similkameen corridor.
