Torafuku is a contemporary pan-Asian restaurant on Vancouver's Main Street, helmed by Taiwanese-born chef Steve Kuan, who first made his mark with the acclaimed Le Tigre food truck before opening this brick-and-mortar location. Dishes range from an award-winning beef noodle soup and signature Kickass Rice bowls to east-meets-west shared plates in an open-concept dining room on the edge of historic Chinatown. The restaurant is now celebrating its 10th anniversary and has built a loyal following for its Asian-inspired cocktails and seasonal chef's tasting menu.
