Winemaker's Cut is a boutique Okanagan winery founded by Slovakian-born winemaker Michal and his wife, crafting estate wines from Deadman Lake Vineyard just south of Oliver. The operation is notable for playing classical music — Mozart, Beethoven, Puccini — in both the vineyard and cellar as part of the winemaking philosophy. Touring cyclists can visit the tasting room and explore multiple wine ranges including the flagship CUT collection, natural BOHO wines, and a sparkling line named after opera characters.
