Bow & Stern is a family-owned, ocean-inspired seafood restaurant founded in 2014 by the Smith family, rooted in a fish-and-chips recipe the founders have been perfecting since 1988. The Abbotsford location on Montrose Ave is the original of three Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland outposts, offering a full sit-down menu of fish, chips, oysters, and ale alongside brunch, happy hour, and dessert menus. Cyclists passing through the Abbotsford area will find online pickup ordering available as well as table reservations.
