Mui Garden is a Hong Kong-style café chain with roots going back over a decade in Hong Kong before opening its first Canadian location in Vancouver in 1992. The Richmond outpost serves the restaurant's signature Malaysian curry — made with more than twenty blended spices — alongside world-famous Hai-Nam style chicken prepared with both free-range and farm chicken. The menu spans Asian fusion dishes including Singaporean laksa, curry beef brisket, and mixed vegetable and tofu on rice, offering a wide range of flavours for hungry cyclists passing through Richmond.
