Eggette House
Eggette House is a Hong Kong-style street food stall inside Richmond Public Market specializing in bubble waffles made with a specially imported waffle iron and a house recipe designed for a crispy exterior and pillowy interior. Founded by young Vancouver entrepreneurs, the shop offers an extensive menu of both traditional and innovative flavors, including matcha, taro, purple yam, and Portuguese egg tart, alongside hand-made bean cubes and Hong Kong-style milk tea. A one-stop sweet-treat stop for cyclists passing through the busy Richmond Public Market complex.
