Juke
Juke is a popular fried chicken restaurant in Vancouver's Chinatown, self-billed as Vancouver's number one fried chicken spot with a menu blending Southern and Asian influences — from Nuoc Cham ribs to jalapeño cheddar waffles. The adjoining Chickadee Room cocktail bar was recognized by Vancouver Magazine as the best Happy Hour in the city. A high-volume, independently operated spot open every day, it makes a solid refuelling stop for cyclists passing through the downtown core.
