Max's Restaurant
Max's Restaurant is the Vancouver outpost of a Filipino dining institution founded in 1945, celebrated for its tender, crispy fried chicken and traditional Philippine cuisine. The chain grew from a post-WWII café in Quezon City into a global brand with over 180 locations in the Philippines and 21 across North America. Cyclists riding the Kingsway corridor can stop for a sit-down meal of authentic Filipino food in this indoor dining establishment.
