SUYO Modern Peruvian
SUYO Modern Peruvian is a chef-driven dinner restaurant on Main Street in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, drawing its menu from Peru's three great landscapes — the Amazonian rainforest, the Andean mountains, and the Pacific coast. The kitchen showcases dishes like ceviches, tiraditos, and anticucheros alongside larger plates such as lomo saltado and arroz con pato, with an optional multi-course Chef's Tasting Menu. The intimate 49-seat room includes a private Nazca Room for groups, making it a destination for a post-ride celebratory dinner.
