Koffi is a neighbourhood coffee house that opened in 2007 in a converted laundromat at Haultain Corners, founded on a philosophy of serving only the highest-quality espresso in just two sizes. The café partners with local Victoria bakeries and makes paninis in-house, and features a rotating 22-by-12-foot art wall showcasing local artists. It also hosts events and provides catering, making it a genuine community hub in a quiet residential corner of Victoria.
