Pacific Poke
Pacific Poke is a chef-driven, quick-serve poke restaurant chain founded in Vancouver by two food-passionate entrepreneurs who discovered Hawaiian poke in California and brought a fresh West Coast spin to it. The menu features build-your-own poke bowls with locally-sourced ingredients alongside chef-inspired signature bowls, emphasizing responsible sourcing and sustainability. The brand has expanded to multiple BC and Alberta locations, making it a recognizable stop for cyclists passing through Vancouver's West Broadway corridor.
