Osteria Elio Volpe
Osteria Elio Volpe is a contemporary Italian osteria in Vancouver's Cambie Village, occupying a 4,200-square-foot former mechanic's shop transformed into a 115-seat restaurant with an expansive open-air dining room and wraparound bar. The kitchen serves seasonal fare inspired by southern Italy's sun-drenched coasts and islands, drawing on Pacific Northwest ingredients. Walk-ins are welcome alongside reservations and takeout.
